Month-Of Coordination
Includes:
Day - of Event Coordination:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- 3-hour arrival prior to event start time and stay through conclusion of event
- Setup of design and décor items that match
- Provide comprehensive management of the day-of timeline start to finish
- Be the main point of contact for all vendors, venue, and guests
- Travel (within a 75-mile round trip radius )
- Post event cleanupTimeline of Ceremony and Reception Revision/Review
Complete open communication between coordinator and couple via text, call, and email
Communicate with venue and vendors & send out the final timeline, diagram, and day of details to all vendors 1 week prior to wedding date, along with any changes made within that time

Similar to Month-Of, but starts working with you 3 months prior to your wedding date! This let’s us get a little more detailed with you.
